It’s been tough keeping up with the demand this year. The good news is we will start building up the pork products this month. By the end of the month we should have a good stock of roasts and breakfast links back on the shelves. Also, we will be getting the breakfast seasoning made into 1 lb ground packages. It will be cheaper than the links, but same flavor. In March, I haven’t decided between the Mushroom and swiss brats, or Sweet Italian cheese brat. Both sold out fast after the last batches. Let us know if you have a preference!
