As a hobby farmer in Fremont, I will have some tasty stuff going in for processing next month. 1/4, 1/2 or wholes available. Expected rail weight to be between 300-400 lbs per half $2.75 /rail weight lb plus processing for whole, half or split half (a quarter but with a little of everything) , $2.70 / rail weight lb for front quarter, $2.80/ lb for rear quarter.
