After working all summer across the state and long hours, finally getting at some much needed projects. The weather has been kind, getting shelters repaired and made snug, and have some fence to fix. After that it will be getting electric run into the fodder room so we won’t be depending on extension cords. Then, building the 2nd fodder shelving. We will be taking in pigs next month that will have been getting 1/2 of their diet as fodder for most of their lives. Anxious to see how they compare. Being we sold our pigs as butcher hogs, we won’t be getting much in stock for cuts until February. thanks for your patience as we work through this pandemic.
