Just a few more Easter hams available!

We regret by not being able to meet the demand for Christmas hams this year as the number of people getting a whole or 1/2 hog increased dramatically. We will have a few available for Easter 2021. These are from our pastured raised Tamworth, a breed that Prince Charles was so fascinated with the flavor that he built his own herd and was instrumental in preserving this once endangered breed. We also offer them with the Whole30 option— pastured raised and without msg, sodium nitrate AND sugar. A $20 deposit required for a 1/2 ham (typ 6-8 lbs) and a $40 for a whole ham. Whole30 $6.89/lb and regular smoked $6.19 / lb. For a dinner with just a few guests, we also have 1-1/2 lbs to 2-1/2 lbs ham slices available, the same great flavor but are quick and easy to prepare , usually all year long. Bigger hams are by order only . As one elderly customer told us, “it reminded her of the ham she used to get in her younger days”Truly Something Special from Wisconsin. A deposit is applied to purchase price and considered non-refundable unless we find someone else to take your order. Reserve your hams with the links below.
