Brittney farrowed today

After over a year of not getting pregnant, Brittney gave birth today. Brittney is as tall as our boar, not quite as long as him but long for sow standards. Unfortunately, it was a struggle for her. 4 piglets, only 2 lived, but the one I was able to measure, from his hi send to the end of his snout was 15 inches. Hailey will be ready any minute with her litter, and I will measure one of hers but I don’t ever remember if seeing a piglet born that long before. The 2 live ones are long too.
