This deposit will reserve a 1/2 Goat, ready for butcher in April 2021. Once the hanging weight is known, a final invoice will be sent. A typical 1/2 hanging weight is about 35 lbs, and is billed at $4 per hanging lb. Processing is extra and payable to the processor at meat pickup. Processing is around $35 per half. To order a whole goat, put 2 down for quantity.
