Deposit to Reserve1/4 of Beef
Typically a beef is reserved by the quarter. If you want a 1/2, put (2) for quantity. For a Whole, write (4). A $50 deposit is required for each quarter wanted. This is just to reserve beef. Once the actual hanging weight is known, a finale invoice will be sent with the remaining amount due as billing is based on the hanging weight. The going rate is $2.50 per lb on an average hanging weight of 185 lbs per quarter. Processing costs (Approx $150 per quarter) are extra and that is paid to the processor when picking up the meat. Next beef wont be ready until April 2021.
