Deposit to Reserve1/4 of Beef
Typically a beef is reserved by the quarter. If you want a 1/2, put (2) for quantity. For a Whole, write (4). A $50 deposit is required for each quarter wanted. This is just to reserve beef. Once the actual hanging weight is known, a finale invoice will be sent with the remaining amount due as billing is based on the hanging weight. The going rate is $2.75 per lb on an average hanging weight of 150-185 lbs per quarter. Processing costs also are mostly based on hanging weight (Approx $185-190 per quarter) and are extra and that is paid to the processor when picking up the meat. Your take home costs should be around $6.00 / lb , and being vacuumed wrap, it will stay fresh, tender and tasty for a long time! Next beef wont be ready until Early November 2023. EBT can be used for any actual meat order, but can’t be used for the deposit nor any processing costs. Any other payment method can be used for the deposit by choosing “Off-Line payment” at checkout.
