Still beef available going in for processing next week- A split quarter gets you a half of a but but a portion of all the cuts! Our most popular option. Each quarter will be around 150 hanging lbs, $2.75 / hanging lb, processing will come to about $1.25 / hanging lb so for about $600 you will get around 50 lbs ground beef, 25 lbs roasts, stew meat, and around 25 lbs choice steaks. It averages out to around $6/ lb for your take home weight. All vacuumed wrapped for maximum freshness!
