Caledonia Corral Beef

June’s beef is sold. I will have more going in October. Never ordered a 1/2 or 1/4 beef before? Well, you don’t know what your missing! The processor I use only vacuum wraps so it stays fresh for a long time. If you don’t see frost through the clear wrapping, you don’t have to worry about freezer burn! 2 people can easily go through a 1/4 within a years time. Feel free to shoot questions over if you have any or aren’t convinced this is a good option. We will be expanding the beef herd this year so even more available for next year. There is no feedlot for our beef!
