Where’s the beef?

Picked up some beef today, so that will be showing up in inventory soon— steaks, roasts, ground, mignons, a nice looking brisket, even a nice tongue, heart and liver! The processor was impressed with the looks of it when it was hanging, that was before I told him it ddidnt have grain for feed for their last year, but fodder! So

I’m anxious to see what it tastes like now too! Also, pork products getting back in stock, even more coming next week and next month! Goat is back in too!
